Opening Talk :
~ "I'm Shimoitani Yukiho, and I turned 18 years old on August 4th!"
~ Shimoitani said with enthusiasm, "It's my first Birthday event. I'm very nervous, but I'll do my best," and that she hopes to entertain everyone.
~ Talking about her outfit, Shimoitani says, "I have loved idols since I was a kid, and I always had an image of idols in fluffy costumes, and I wanted to wear a voluminous skirt for a long time."
~ "So the moment I saw it, I said, 'Eh! So Cute! This is the best!' She was so happy that they made her the cutest outfit with ruffles, retro-checked ribbons, and pearls.
~ Talking about the origin of her name "Yukiho" (幸穂). Shimoitani says she likes the name because it means "To be happy" and also because, as anyone who has seen the rice paddies knows, in August, ears of rice really bloom and these little things turn into rice, and it also means 'May you be happy and fruitful.'
~ On her goals for turning 18. Shimoitani said that at 17, everything was so new to her that she didn't know what was right or left. For her 18th year, Shimoitani said that she wanted to grow up and try new things. She said that she didn't know much about vocalization in singing, but her seniors taught her and she learned that resonance is interesting, so she thought it would be interesting if she could explore that as well.

- "Yuppyon's Happy Delivery corner" : Shimoitani reads "Happy" episodes asked in advance and are pulled from a box. If the person who submitted the episode is present, Shimoitani goes to that person's seat and sprinkles an ear of happiness. After introducing a happy episode by drawing a piece of paper from the box, Shimoitani went up to the person and congratulated them with a "Congratschu~Yuppyon"

- "Yuppyon Bingo" game corner : Participants were given bingo cards with the letters "Shi-moi-ta-ni Yu-ki-ho ♡ 1-8 sa-i" on the 3x3 grid paper distributed in advance. Shimoitani drew a letter card from the box. The first five bingo winners received an autographed cheki photo.
- "Let's guess with Shimoitani!" : The audience was asked to guess which answer Shimoitani would choose to a question. Only those who answer correctly will remain, and if more than 10 people remain until the end, they will win and Shimoitani will say a cute line!

~ "I had a lot of fun today," said Shimoitani. Shimoitani said that she thought the corners were well thought out and that it would have been nice to be able to go around with an ear of rice in her hands.
~ "Did you have a good time?" and when she received a big cheer, Shimoitani said, "That's all the happiness I need."
She thanked the audience for bringing their clothes, penlights, and other creative penlights, and concluded with a "See you soon!" and blew a kiss before exiting.
