ANGERME Matsumoto Wakana is interviewed about her hobbies and excellent cooking skills in ISM-Life magazine. She wants to cook a full meal for ANGERME in a home party someday. She also wants to stream food on YouTube and cook with her fans on Instagram Live.

- Behind the scenes from Juice=Juice's rehearsals for their Budokan concert. Juice=Juice members share thoughts about the 10th Anniversary concert.

- Now a senior, Ishiyama Sakura recalls being teammates with Kawashima in a team competition when they were in Kenshuusei.

- Juice=Juice do their circle huddle with Kawashima Mifu included for the first time.
- A digest of Juice=Juice's 10th Anniversary Budokan concert is shown including Mifu's unveiling. When they revealed her pure red color, Mifu got emotional from seeing all the red penlights. Matsunaga let Mifu remove her earpiece so she can hear all the cheers for her. She is so pure. They also show Arisawa Ichika's violin solo with Inoue Rei's beatboxing and Dambara's fakes interlude.
- For the first time in 3 years, Juice=Juice get an Encore call "Juice Mou Ippai!" Mifu joins in the ending bow.
- After, Endo Akari gets emotional backstage. Uemura Akari hugs her.
- Ishiyama Sakura grabs the Hello Dream camera and records Mifu's thoughts about being on stage.
- Juice=Juice are gathered to talk about the concert. Ebata got excited about waving the towels.
- Juice=Juice also announced their new single "Pride Bright / FUNKY FLUSHIN'"
- A few months ago in January when OCHA NORMA was still promoting their 2nd single, OCHA NORMA got to hear what the new "Shadowverse F (Flame)" ending theme song will sound like. The title of the song is "Shekenaare". They got to look at the lyrics cards. They play a little bit of the instrumental.
Next week, ANGERME members meet the new members Shimoitani Yukiho and Goto Hana. Plus footage of OCHA NORMA auditioning for the guest voice acting role in the Shadowverse F anime.

Hello! Project no Chotto Omoshiroi Hanashi ~Kimi ni Tsutaetai Monogatari Season 3~ #76
Ise Layla shares a story about ANGERME members going out together to eat sushi. Background voice is Kawamura. Takeuchi Akari and Sasaki Rikako asked which members would like to eat sushi that day and it ended up being all of them. Since there was 10 of them and couldn't all fit in the seats, they had to be divided into two groups and in sitting different places.
They decided to have a sushi eating contest. Hashisako Rin and Tamenaga Shion were very strong and gluttonous sushi eaters. They played Janken to decide who will be on the teams of Hashisako or Tamenaga. Layla can eat a lot, but she was afraid she might be the weakest in the team though. Hashisako apologized for picking Layla. Then Tamenaga from the other team told Layla that she is the weakest eater. Everyone thought Hashisako would be the one to eat the most till the end, but it wasn't her. Layla ate a lot more than expected and everyone on her team praised her. Everyone was full, but there was still more food arriving, and they wondered who still ordering. Kawana Rin admitted she was still ordering food and kept eating. She even ordered a parfait. Everyone was amazed.
The table was full of empty sushi plates everywhere, and was not something you see idols doing a lot. Then they announced the results of both teams. The tally does include desserts.
Hashisako Team : Ise - 23 plates, Hashisako - 17 plates, Kawana - 26 plates, Wakana - 15 plates, Hirayama - 25 plates
Tamenaga Team : Takeuchi - 21 plates, Sasaki - 28 plates, Kamiko - 17 plates, Kawamura - 24 plates, Tamenaga - 25 plates
Tamenaga's Team won. Layla really thought her team won, it was frustrating. Layla is proud of herself though.
