This week on Haro Dori, OCHA NORMA members do some PR work at a local TV Aichi station for the drama "Mayonaka ni Hello", plus the new Kenshuusei Goto Hana and Maeshima Karin begin their first lessons

- OCHA NORMA had a FC event in Nagoya last week. A digest is shown.

- Promotion for Mayonaka ni Hello! episode 8

- OCHA NORMA members Yonemura Kirara, Nakayama Natsume, Nishizaki Miku, and Kitahara Momo visit the TV Aichi studio to do some promotion work for the TV Drama "Mayonaka ni Hello"
- H!P Fan, TV Announcer, and In charge of promoting "Mayonaka ni Hello", Takeda Chisa greets them for the first time at the TV station. Takeda says they have a real sparkly glow.
- They start filming their TV appearance on the show and showing off their appeal.
- After that filming was finished, they start recording for the HaroDori cameras. Takeda tells them that she always looks forward to watching HaroDori every week and is always inspired by their dreams. She loves it.
- Since Yonemura is from Aichi, Takeda asks Yonemura if she knows about the local Nagoya dialect, and words that are different from standard Japanese. She learned a few words in school, but she can't get used to them. Takeda gives them some advice.
- Nakayama asks Takeda which OCHA NORMA member is her favorite. Takeda says back when they were just Hello Pro Kenshuusei Unit performing "Mistake", Yonemura was the one that caught her attention. Yonemura gets flustered. She also loves Kitahara's expressions. Takeda says the song is awesome.
- Nishizaki asks Takeda who her favorite current Kenshuusei is, and she says it is Hashida Honoka. She also looks forward to seeing more of Yoshida Hinoha.
- OCHA NORMA requests Takeda to dance "Koi no Crouching Start" with them for their TikTok. (This is the version of the dance with Kikuchi and Ohara dancing in the Mayonaka ni Hello opening, and the end pose.)
- OCHA NORMA describe their experience on promoting on TV and how they felt meeting Takeda Chisa.

This is week, behind the scenes of new Kenshuusei Goto Hana and Maeshima Karin's rehearsal and first performance at the Hello Pro Kenshuusei Recital. Plus OCHA NORMA members doing some more promo work at various TV stations.

- recap of new Kenshuusei Goto Hana and Maeshima Karin getting their first lessons and rehearsing the song "Oyogenai Mermaid" a few episodes ago.
- Weeks later during dance rehearsal, the two show Mitsubachi that they improving and understanding the rhythm of the song. They are still perfect the rhythm still. Mitsubachi gives them advice.
- During vocal rehearsals, Ueno gives them tips to help them relax while they sing. Maeshima's voice is shaky in high note. Even other Kenshuusei offer some advice that helps them. Ueno wants to be like mermaids.
- During dress rehearsals, they perform what they have learned. They are still shaky, but they will do their best.
- Digest of their "Oyogenai Mermaid" performance is shown. Goto Hana's rhythm is not perfect but good enough, and Maeshima hit the "Onegai" high note.

- Hello Dream promotes the new album song "Gobaku ~We Can't Go Back~ for Takahashi Ai, Tanaka Reina, and Natsuyaki Miyabi.

- OCHA NORMA members visit TV stations in Hokkaido and Kyushuu to do some PR work of the group.
- First, OCHA NORMA had an FC event in Hokkaido. Then in snowy Hokkaido, Saito, Ishiguri, and Kubota visit the local TV Hokkaido station show and tell everyone about the Mayonaka ni Drama. Then they visit the TV Station president's office and meet and greet the president, the head of programming, and the head of production. They introduced themselves and showed off their appeal. They give them a signed Mayonaka ni Hello poster and it is displayed They were nervous but they did their best.

- Next, Hiromoto, Nakayama, and Tsutsui visit a TV station in Fukuoka. They introduce themselves to the TV show hosts and show off their appeal. Then they plant tea trees in a gardening show "Barisuki". It is displayed with a plaque in front of the company building.

- Hello Dream cameras caught up with new Kenshuusei Goto Hana and Maeshima Karin, who were actually practicing more than one Kenshuusei song, besides "Oyogenai Mermaid" for the recital. They got to perform some songs alongside their Kenshuusei seniors.
- At the studio, the two new Kenshuusei had dance rehearsals with the rest of the members and OCHA NORMA for the first time. So they had a lot to remember in short of amount of time. The senior members helped them with the formations, while they quickly jotted down notes. They practiced the song "Seishun Beat wa 16".
- On their second day, they practiced the song "Say! Hello!", and Goto Hana is struggling to keep up in these songs. Even after rehearsals were over, the new Kenshuusei were still practicing (even Yoshida Hinoha too) with the help of seniors members like Ishiyama Sakura, and Murakoshi Ayana. Murakoshi is helping Goto with her weakness, rhythm counting. Ishiyama takes over to help her with the dance moves and tempo. Murakoshi goes to help Maeshima, and she is keeping up with her.
- During dress rehearsals, the 10 Kenshuusei rehearse "Say! Hello!" together. OCHA NORMA watches them.
- At performance day, they both practice up to the last minute.
- Hello Dream shows a digest of their introduction and the 5 songs they learned : "Onna no Sono", "Say! Hello!", "Warui Hito" (both of them good smiles on their faces), "Kimi no Toujou" and "Seishun Beat wa 16"
- After the performance, both of them expressed how they felt about their first stage. Goto is smiling and had lots so much fun. She wants keep going and keep practicing. Maeshima was nervous at first, but later on she had a smile.

- Hello Dream promote Juice=Juice Concert 2021 ~FAMILIA~ Kanazawa Tomoko Final at Yokohama Arena Blu-ray release on March 30th, with a long digest clip.

- OCHA NORMA were rehearsing their songs on stage as any normal day.
- Backstage, OCHA NORMA were just chillin and talking to the Hello Dream cameras.
- Then OCHA NORMA unveils their "enjin" and pose in front of the Hello Dream camera. It is a combination of Saito Madoka and Ishiguri Kanami's collective ideas from the meetings : They yell out all their names in order of age around the circle, do a cup of tea pose, and then yell "Chabashira Tateru zo OCHA NORMA! Cha Cha Cha~!" 茶柱立てるぞOCHA NORMA！ちゃっちゃっちゃ〜 (Let's build a Tea Stalk Pillar, OCHA NORMA! Cha Cha Cha), and raise their cups to the sky.
- OCHA NORMA awaits their turn to perform in the side stages.
- A digest of OCHA NORMA's performance is shown.
- Next, they show footage of OCHA NORMA's reactions before and after the major debut surprise announcement was made, from different camera angles, including backstage.
- After the last song, Tsutsui Roko continued crying and members hugged backstage.
- The members are interviewed about how this big moment felt.

- The Dream Collab pairing is OCHA NORMA member Nakayama Natsume and her senior BEYOOOOONDS / CHICA#TETSU Ichioka Reina, who performed "Toei Oedo Sen no Roppongi Eki de Dakishimete"
