Well, you sit on the floor and constrict your waist. This is easy, sit down, lift your legs, move your body left and right like so. Just twist it. The extent that you do this or not can make a big impact, I think. {Pretty sure I did not translate that correctly} Definitely give it a try.

Morning Musume. '22 Kaga Kaede is in the new issue of Monthly Gundam Ace magazine April 2022 issue, release was Feb. 26th.


Kaga reported on the "Tokorozawa Sakura Town 1st Anniversary Yasuhiko Yoshikazu/Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin Exhibition", an exhibition of original drawings of Yasuhiko Yoshikazu's manga "Mobile Suit Gundam The Origin" currently being held at the EJ Anime Museum (Tokorozawa City, Saitama Prefecture).

The exhibition features more than 500 original drawings, including the encounter between Lalah and Amuro, the fierce battle between Char and Amuro, and the final shooting.

Juice=Juice Inoue Rei talks about when she updates the blogs, Tiktok or Instagram. When she wants to put an Instagram story (which disappears after 24 hours), she has to first confirm with the manager that she will be posting one. She sends a draft of the story video to the manager in a LINE message so they can check it, but the response was taking too long and she is worried it might be rejected. The manager asked "Who is that?", and Rei realized she sent a recorded video of her friend who was in the middle of her shift at her part time job. Rei felt so embarrassed.



Rei needs to be careful what she sends to be checked by the manager.
