I've also noticed someone is back to updating the Project Hello lyrics site, at least updating the group page listings for the moment, which makes me happy. It's absolutely the overall easiest place to quickly look through full discographies.

This is a completely random and useless piece of information. Not even worth a mention in the trivia thread.

The VPN company NordPass keeps an annual list of the top 200 used passwords worldwide and in various countries. For example in the US, the #1 password is "123456" and in Japan it's "password." Toward the bottom of the list I came across this (with the US the left column and Japan the right column):



"Lovely Takahashi" being, of course, Aichan's hapless newscaster name on Hello!Pro News.

I assume a number of people here use the H!O picboard (still the best all-round image resource, nothing is as comprehensive) and may be lamenting it's lack of tags for new members (basically anyone added past 2019). There may be a solution in the works.

I've made contact with the owner and he will try to see what the issue is. If this can be resolved, I'll do what I can to tag older photos for the missing members.

Going up to Boston (with day trips to Salem and Portland) and Burlington next month because I have a week off. I'm excited because I've never been up to New England. I know it'll be cold but my cold tolerance is well above average, having lived in the Midwest for over 13 years. Like people in DC wear winter coats when it's like 40 degrees out and were so bundled up when it got down to like 25 or so recently, and I'm just like, this is fine.

Then in April I'm going to Alaska because my best friend moved up there last year.

Boston has a lot of DNA in common with NYC and Philly, but more compact. Has some nice museums. Alaska is just breathtaking. It really feels like there are endless vistas of unpopulated wilderness just beyond town. I went many years ago, but I remember being in a rowboat on a pristine crystalline lake in the Tongass, calling out into the distance, hearing the faraway echo of my voice, and feeling transcendent in that moment.

Massachusetts weather is fickle this time of year. Think of it as being bipolar? Tomorrow it’s going to be 15 then jump to 27 and then 42 before dropping down to the 20s all next week with single digits at night. And it’s windy too. Especially on the coast.
