They've removed the subpar hardcoded English subtitles!
Instead they're just left a small watermark in the left corner and Japanesecaptions are provided through Youtube's functionality.
There's also a small end card with the covers. I never thought they'd do this, but it's so much better.



I'm almost as pleased with that as the actual content of the MV's.

And they changed the colour of the dresses in Ganbare!! :O

PV fof DOWN TOWN is better for me (is funnier), but as much as I like Ruru, I love Ganbare nai yo in studio version!!!

Oh well... I like the white dresses because it’s fitting for Reirei’s debut (her J=J colour being white) still it would’ve been very pretty seeing them perform in the green dresses... that last second clip was not enough haha

DOWN TOWN is cute. Ganbarenai yo is pretty, though I was missing the green dresses. (Did those make an appearance at the end or is it just my eyesight? )
I'm not missing Sayubee too much in these, but the void is definitely gonna be obvious in their older songs.

Both MVs are great! Though DOWN TOWN was missing a little something for me, but I don't know what. Some oomf if that makes sense. I couldn't take my eyes off of Ruru though. She's so gorgeous and tall! I also loved the outdoor scenes in Ganbarenai yo. Really pretty and sentimental

Everyone shined in DOWN TOWN. it is a feel good song I need right now. Though, I think they could have integrated Inoue's beat box a little bit better.

The outdoor scenes in Ganbare naiyo are pretty, but it came into the MV so late. It should right at the beginning.

My only takeaway is the logo in the corner being a too big, too colorful distracting eyesore that just irritates me the entire time. No thanks.

Considering when you buy the single you can get the MV, I don’t see why everyone is complaining about the corner logo. I’m seeing it on Twitter too. They don’t have to release the full music videos early like this. They could just as easily slip us a preview and make us wait till single release for the whole thing. Or maybe I’m just showing my age. Because back in the day music videos were always tattooed with a logo or something else.

While I enjoyed having the subs, I’m kind of glad they are gone.

Part of me wonders if there was more to these MVs but got cut or redone because of Sayuki leaving. The green dress switch to white gives me those vibes.
