Another Tuesday adventure!
This week's took us back to Cheaha State Park. The original plan was to visit DeSoto Falls, but they're doing controlled burns in that area.

Last time we visited Cheaha, we only went to the observatory and took pictures from a restaurant on top of the mountain.
They have an accessible trail that leads to a platform above a rock, so we went to that area this time. You can even stand on the rock if you feel brave enough.
They're working on replacing the wood on the trail; it definitely needs it. We all got swarmed by termites so we didn't linger too long.
It looks a lot different than it did in autumn, naturally! I'm excited to see what this view looks like during peak foliage season.

In kind of a sad note, the lady who lives in the hoarder house a couple of blocks from where I live passed away. I do not envy the city because there are probably a small army of vermin and varmints still living in that house.

Only one theater reopened near me and it’s only open three days a week. The rest closed. A few of the private theaters offer rentals where you can rent a screen for a fee but they don’t let you watch new stuff just what you bring.

I hope we manage to get another theater to open soon because one is not going to fit the entire state of Massachusetts when everyone wants to get out of the house eventually. IE. Summertime!

Our governor states that I’ll be able to get my Covid shot by around late April so I threw my name onto the waitlist and now I wait. It probably won’t be till May that I actually get it though.
