We finally get to see the 3 Kenshuusei teams start practicing the Juice=Juice song together, for the "Team Competition Audition"
- Recap of the video call meeting for Team Kurenai. Leader Onoda Karin wants to do an original choreography during instrumental break. She asks Hiromoto Ruli to come up with one. They show them practicing at home.
- The team returns to the studio together. They are given red colored T-shirts.
- They begin practicing the regular dance parts. Then Hiromoto Ruli starts teaching them her own choreography. They start to get it with the song slowed down, but Arisawa Ichika still needs help from Hiromoto. She got it and then they practice with mics. After practice, the team expresses how they felt. The narrator says : "Can they win this audition?"
- Recap of the video call meeting for Team White. The team is already practicing at home. Leader Nakayama Natsume showed them the dance, and the others followed her.
- The team begins practice at the studio. Nakayama, Nishizaki and Yofuu were in the studio practicing first because Matsubara and Uemura didn't come until later due to scheduling. The three of them got the dance down pat, so they got to focus more on getting the vocals to be precise, specifically the rhythm and a little more oomph.
- Matsubara and Uemura arrive and began practicing their vocals. Leader Nakayama gives Matsubara some pointers as well.
- After practice, the team expresses how they felt. This team seems confident to show what they can do and ready to win.
Recap of the video call meeting for Team Tamamushi. The team is very open to each other's opinions. They start practicing the dance at home.
- At the studio, they begin their practice. They are trying to help each other get their dance formations right, so they stopped practicing and check the rehearsal video. They check it multiple times and figure out what they need to do next without really doing much dancing. They didn't show much of their practice together. Were they doing this on purpose?
- The team expresses how they felt after practice. Can this team show that they are really good?
