I applaud whoever decided to make those three chefs.

So, part of my hesitation with Beyooooonds has been:

- the subunits from the get go makes the barrier to jumping in seem higher (even though rationally I know it's the same # of girls in total)
- the songs have been gimmicky and I'm not usually super into extended gimmicks


Konna Hazujanakatta though makes me redo my calculations. I love self-awareness and well done self-deprecation. This also makes me think that UF* is very strategically positioning and cultivating Beyooooonds, which I appreciate.

I've been holding off but UF/HP has got my number. I'll have to give Beyooooonds a fair shake after all.

I’ve always disliked songs that have any sort of pause for talking segments. Morning Musume being the #1 offender on my list. But Beyooooonds has really mastered the art of talk singing to the point where it doesn’t even bother me.

Seeing the PVs and the full songs (I didn't expect Konna... being longer!!!!) I can't decide if I like Gekikara LOVE or Konna Hazujanakatta more!! Both PVs and song are so funny!!!! Loving them so muuuuch!!! A tie for me!

And as for NNN, it's clearly for me the song and PV and I like the least

I LOVE Gekikara and Konna. Amazing!

Konna is amazing just because of the meaning there - the song is about how this isn't an ordinary idol song, and the song ITSELF also isn't! The theme / motif of the melody etc keeps changing throughout the song. Aside from the basic ABABCBBD structure, the internals are quite different. I love that!

I agree. especially on the MV's when I just want to hear the song without all the lead-up!!!!!
