Seems Goro will be the last person to hold an event there.

Makes sense now that their office building has been sold.
I wonder what they'll pick as their new 'home base' going forward.
Apart from the café & administration I assume most other locations (photo studio, dance studio,...) are already off-site.
They do seem enamoured with Cotton Club.
