Doing more house hunting. Staying in Chattanooga for the night; headed to Nashville tomorrow. We're focusing our search around Birmingham, which is pretty far from Nashville, but the timeshare we're using doesn't have any locations in Alabama.

Hmmm. Unfortunately, I'm not sure what the issue could be. I did find 2 pages on their support site, but I don't know if any of the things listed would apply to your problem.

Odd. I have no problems visiting and posting multiple times a day via Chrome on PC.

And I don't have any problems going there with Firefox.

Could it be a bad site-related cookie?

I have no idea, I've fiddled with various settings, but this always comes up:

The Cloudflare location varies (London, Amsterdam,...) but the end result is the same.

If you haven't deleted the cookies, that might be a good step. I found the following H!O cookies on my system:

I tried that, doesn't work.

What's interesting is that another PC on my home network (wired Ethernet on the same router) can access the site just fine. It's specifically the computer I'm on right now that has this issue.

As far as I'm aware I haven't changed any settings that may have caused this.
One day I could access it, the next day I couldn't.

I have solved the hello-online.org Firefox mystery.
When I disable an extension I added to Firefox in Manage Your Extensions I can access H!O in Firefox.

If I disable the extension I can access http://www.hello-online.org and I cannot if it's enabled.

Huh, I have the same extension. I thought adding an exception for H!O within the extension would have been sufficient if that was causing it.
And I did try that. Never actually tried disabling the extension itself. Did it and hey there's H!O again.

Thank you very much.

i can access h!o through waterfox (fork of firefox but basically the same thing) just fine, but it gives me the same error when i try opening it in a private window. same thing happens in the private mode of firefox on my phone, so i think it's a security thing. probably something to do with the domain or https or whatever
