I think there is some misunderstanding here. "Two girls eliminated unless there is a tie." would mean to me that two girls get eliminated unless more than two girls tie for first or if one girl ties for first and more than one girl ties for second. If two girls tie for first then they should be eliminated and no one else. Am I mistaken?

Shouldn't put a time limit if you are not going to honor it. Some people may have not voted because the time was up. So I object to this round!

I don't see this. TotallyUncool voted for everyone, so it's irrelevant with or without the edit. And counting all other votes, I still get only 9 for Reina.
