Arrived safely in Tennessee yesterday evening! The area we're staying in is on central time, but even though it's only an hour difference, it's kinda messing me up.
I started getting a little more excited once we got to north Georgia and started seeing mountains and hills. Most of the drive was interstate travel, but we popped onto some local roads once we got around Chattanooga.
I forgot how beautiful it was in this part of the state! My dad pointed out some random picnic area on one of the mountain roads, and it seriously paid off with this view.
You could even see Watts Bar nuclear plant from there! I can't imagine how amazing it is on a clear day.

I've seen a lot of things here already that brought back some memories. Mayfield dairy products!
They also sell Tillamook ice cream up here. Definitely not a thing in Florida. My longtime friend in Oregon
raves about that stuff.
