This week, 30th gen Kenshuusei continuing to follow the stay home order, share their personal skills and collections. More advice from H!P seniors.
Skills :
Murakoshi Ayana, who shared her skill in balance ball previously, is also skilled in J-board / RipStik (a 2 wheel skateboard that requires balance). She got it on her birthday.
Yofuu Runo, who loves musicals, can start crying or shed a tear on cue (nakukoto 泣くこと) with practice and image training. She tries to imagine a favorite pet and cry, with realistic expression that is she is about to cry.
Uemura Hasumi can slice Salmon into sashimi slices.
Nishimura Karin, who is skilled in baseball, is a big fan of some baseball players on the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters team. She plays pitcher (southpaw stance) and outfield. She and her twin brother both started baseball at age 7 and been playing for 7 years.

ANGERME leader Takeuchi Akari reflects back on her days as an H!P Egg for 3 years. The show plays a flashback of her first stage. Her first song that she practiced was Suki na Senpai and it was difficult to remember. She was scolded by the teachers and cried. Her advice for Kenshuusei is to dance big and put in a lot of energy.
To keep her energy up and stay healthy, Hirayama Yuki loves to drink Yakult probiotic yogurt drinks (Yakult 1000 and Yakult 400) daily. Yuki knows a lot about the live bacteria in the drink that is healthy for your gut. The reason why she drinks Yakult is because her mother was a former beautiful "Yakult Lady" (ヤクルトレディ). She brought out different types of Yakult drinks from the store. Drink lots of Yakult, you can become a Yakult idol like Yuki. Someone give this girl a Yakult CM already.

Hiromoto Ruri has a big collection of stylish hats that is important to her in clothes coordination. She has over 30 hats including a Hiroshima Carp baseball cap. Her favorite hat is a summer sun hat. She loves wearing it when she goes out with family to the beach.
Ebata Kisaki loves collecting all kinds of cosmetics to become cute, pretty and sparkly.
Kitahara Momo loves collecting all kinds of fashionable socks since she was young. She has over 170 kinds and can also make diy items out of them. She knows how make a face mask out of a sock.
Nishizaki Miku started collecting stuffed animals from the "Shakurel Planet" (シャクレルプラネット) series of animal toys. She has the support from her family to collect these.
Hashida Honoka is collecting temple stamps in her stamp book from different shrines. Her favorite one is a dragon art work.

Juice=Juice Matsunaga Riai recalls a memory from when she was Kenshuusei.
When she was in the 6th grade of elementary school, she had to travel on the bullet train from Osaka to Tokyo for rehearsals. It was hard for her to say goodbye to my mother at the station and started crying. For the Kenshuusei test in 2018, the teacher scolded her for not having enough energy into her performances. So in 2019, she went to Karaoke everyday to practice the Taiyou to Cisco moon song with more energy. Please remember the power of words given, even if they were strict.

This time, we get to hear how Kenshuusei were staying in contact with each other during their time at home. Plus more memories from Kenshuusei alumni. They also recently recorded some new interviews with Kenshuusei and a roundtable discussion with seniors when they finally returned to the company office.
- This will be the last of the stay at home videos :
We hear from the four members of Kenshuusei unit (Yonemura, Saito, Kubota, Ishiguri) on what they usually talk about privately when they video call or text each other. They always like to talk about what they heard on their radio show, or ask "Did you watch the latest Hello Dream episode?" They enjoyed having lots of fun and weird conversations. They also like to make strange faces (hengao) at each other. Kubota reveals that she had a deep conversation with Yonemura about what kind dream venue stage you would like to perform on. Kubota wants to be at Nippon Budokan, and Yonemura wants the both of them to stand at Tokyo Dome and encourage each other to fulfill it.
- Next, the show actually shared a wholesome video call between friends Nakayama Natsume and Yamada Ichigo, talking in sync to each other about their dancing. I'm sure they were only allowed to show this part of their conversation that is related to the show.
- H!P senior member ANGERME Kasahara Momona shares her precious memories of her time as a Kenshuusei and flashback footage of her Kenshuusei test performance and debut announcement. Her seniors and rivals gave her encouragement during the test. She talks about the feeling of winning best performance.
- Returning to office after quite sometime, the show has filmed a roundtable discussion between H!P's leaders Takeuchi, Kanazawa, Yamagishi, and Ichioka. They share revealing stories and different experiences as Eggs / Kenshuusei, while following social distancing and sitting six feet apart in a newly renovated common area. They each reveal the first time they heard about Hello! Project before signing up for the Kenshuusei program. For Yamagishi, an H!P senior told her to apply to be a backdancer. Takeuchi auditioned for Eggs as an elementary student. Tomoko shares the story of participating in C-ute's Karaoke contest, in order to win a signed poster. Ichioka, dreamed of wanting to be a model as a little kid, and participated in local fashion shows. She saw that Morning Musume was a guest at one of the fashion shows. Someone gave her info about auditioning and gave it a shot. Flashback footage to all of their first stage. Kanazawa and Ichioka actually joined at the same time.
- Just last week (6/6), Kenshuusei Hashida Honoka and Kitahara Momo got back to the office and see each other for the first time in months and interview each other about what they have been up to. They share stories about calling each other on the phone. They both love Matsubara's cute new gag joke they saw on Hello Dream. Kitahara Momo made some sweet strawberries. Both of them faced the new reality of having school being cancelled and they both miss the learning and studying at school.
- Back to the roundtable discussion with Takeuchi, Kanazawa, Yamagishi, and Ichioka. They discuss the difficult lessons and also interesting lessons they faced in Kenshuusei.
- It is actually revealed that Yamagishi actually has seniority over Kanazawa. Yamagishi (21 years old, joined June 2012), Kanazawa (24 years old, November 2012)
- ANGERME Kawamura Ayano remembers her Kenshuusei test performance, and the announcement of her surprise debut. The key to her performance was practicing and always looking at the camera.

- new junior high school students and good friends Kenshuusei Onoda Karin and Matsubara Yuriya greet each other for the first time after staying home for awhile.
Matsubara found a four-leaf clover. Matsubara actually holds seniority over Onoda by one year. Matsubara and Onoda remembered that they hung out together and took some purikura photos at a Summer festival last year. Matsubara says she made the yogurt kiwi drink that Onoda made in the "at home" videos. They talk about liking some of the interesting home videos they made like Matsubara's new gag joke. Matsubara tries out the gag joke in front of her. Onoda says it was very cute. The staff ask Onoda if she would like to try it.
- ANGERME Sasaki Rikako remembers a memorable moment in her Kenshuusei days. Flashback to her introduction in 2013 at 11 years old. She was only in Kenshuusei for 1 year and 7 months. She remembers watching a video performance from an H!P senior group and became interested and joined Kenshuusei. She told herself she would give 100% power in performances. In her advice for Kenshuusei taking the test performance, "Everyone may feel nervous, but keep your spirits high when singing and dancing. Do your best!"
- The round-table discussion between H!P leaders Takeuchi, Kanazawa, Yamagishi, and Ichioka continues. They start off by talking about when their teacher was asking to create and decorating their own dummy microphones (usually a saran wrap roll or paper towel roll) they use during lessons. But Take-chan reveals that a young fellow egg Miyamoto Karin brought in a plastic toy shaped like a ramune soda bottle for her microphone instead. LOL. They talk about stretch lessons and sometimes they misunderstood the teacher.
- Matsubara Yuriya's mother is Belarusian and speaks the Russian language. Onoda wants to hear Matsubara introduce herself in Russian. Next, they discuss becoming the new junior high school students. They want to have more confidence in making new friends in school.
- H!P leaders Takeuchi, Kanazawa, Yamagishi, and Ichioka discuss which current Kenshuusei they are paying attention to :
Yamagishi is currently watching Hiroshima born Hiromoto Ruri. When she first her on Hello Dream at the beginning, she said Hiromoto's big smile was glowing with radiance. After seeing that, she says this is a good girl and made a big impression.
Ichioka Reina is currently paying attention to Nakayama Natsume and tells a sweet story after watching Natsume and how amazing her performance has become. Natsume told her "Please watch me" in a sweet way. Everyone says "That is so cute!". She made big impression on her.
Take-chan says (her nickname Danson-chan) Matsubara is really cute. Kanazawa says Yuriya is really cute.
Kenshuusei Hashida Honoka's admired senior is Ichioka Reina. Hashida mentioned in an episode that Ichioka is very "cool" (said it in English). Ichioka was very surprised to hear it. Ichioka is flattered, but she doesn't think of herself to be "that cool" yet.
- Morning Musume. 20 Yamazaki Mei remembers her time as a Kenshuusei Hokkaido member and her first Kenshuusei test performance. She says watching her favorite idol anime made her want to become an idol. Her mother is a fan of Hello! Project and told her that were was an audition in Hokkaido for Kenshuusei Hokkaido. The most important thing she had to improve for herself during her lessons was complete focus. Her advice for Kenshuusei taking the test is to keep believing in yourself, even if you think you can't do it. Aim to do your best in your performance with practice. When it was announced she would debut, she was worried if she would be able to talk to her seniors. In Kenshuusei, she treasures how they were able to teach her how to put on makeup and arrange her hair. She looks to forward to facing the new challenges ahead.

A report? They've got me curious. I couldn't think of what it might be about, but people seem to think it'll be an update on the Shindan Test. Fingers crossed they're right.
