Edit: Former Hello Pro Kenshuusei Hokkaido member Kitagawa Ryo is part of the Sapporo, Hokkaido idol group @ria (Aria; アリア). The group was announced on 9/2/2019. There's a crowdfunding campaign to support their launch.

You can see her starting at 16:09 in their first livestream (with.. their manager? I guess?)

Yeah, I don't know. They aren't the first to try crowdfunding, and it seems like the label is newly created for this group. Their first single is already recorded and is supposed to be released sometime in November/December. It says even if the target amount isn't reached, they still plan to go ahead with everything.

At first, I couldn't recognize her. She looks like Kitagawa Ryo in one picture, but she doesn't look like her in the other picture or video stream. Her mannerisms are so different now.

It looks very local. She's not going to take a 2 hour train ride to Sapporo for something so small. So funding will probably take forever. I was hoping Kitagawa Ryo would strive higher than this.

Since the Kenshuusei that joined them for the Tokyo shows also had those blue shorts costumes, I'm hoping those will actually end up being a new uniform for the Kenshuusei as a whole. The green ones have been around for long enough.
