10th gen audition (WINNERS: Haruna, Haruka, Masaki, Ayumi!)

^ basically, it's just not high-pitched. x3 it's got a hollowness to it that i like. you can hear it in her speaking voice, too. like she needs to clear her throat, only less gross (imo).

I did think that Sara might have had a problem in the final audition because in the dance segment she had to dance behind one of the girl with a zillion years dancing experience and her dancing looked half-assed by comparison.

I don't mind her voice. But gotta say she has her face against her. Hopefully growing up and more idolmagic will help her.
As for the rest..
Well.

Haruna is pretty, I can deal with it. Hopefully she has more personality than she seems to have as she seems really goddamn stiff and that bothers me. Masaki better shape up and appeal to me or she'll end up staying as my least favorite.
Ayumi hopefully has more personality than she seems to have. At least she's a great dancer, and adorable.

My how this line-up has changed drastically since Eri and JunLin graduated...

see, i always found Haruka's face adorable. i guess it's the love or hate kind of thing.

she reminds me of young Risako, which is the era in which i loved Risako most..


i see potential, especially as someone who could become immediately recognizable. that's good for MM's future. :3 also, i got to like her more when i saw how well-spoken she was at the training camp, even at just 11 years old.

I like Haruk's face, she is really pretty even more than the Kaori/Maimi look alike, Riho is freaking gorgeous but I feel like she is dead behind those eyes and Riho is very idol-like.

Kaori/Maimi look alike? i can't decide if that's Ayumi or Haruna.
to me Ayumi looks like a more mature Maeda Yuuka and Haruna looks like a taller/darker Nakki.

[Naomi]

Ishida Ayumi- Her singing and dancing were outstanding. Also, her personality is as firm as a stone (a play on the "ishi" in her last name). I believe the history of Morning Musume can be passed on to her from here on out. That is why she passed. (Sounds like he has really high expectations of Ayumi! Based on this, I expect her to pick up some of Ai-chan's old lines)

I hope so.

I'm really glad Ayumi made it. I don't think I've liked an auditionee this much since Minami from the 8th gen. xD I liked Eripon and Riho during the auditions, too, but I wasn't as attached to them as I was Ayumi and Minami. If she does take over a bunch of Ai's lines, I will be very happy indeed. 8D

Also, looks-wise, she really reminds me of Kanna.
