Up Up Girls (2) "Fuyu Tote Tote" MV. I get why they gave us a dance video now. What I don't get is if the constant little skips in the MV are purposeful or just an unfortunate mistake, because they read like a mistake when watching.

I wasn't in a position to test yesterday but I checked my PC and a mobile device today, on both the little skips/jumps only happen when I watch it in 360p (which is all I have available to me occasionally), other qualities seem fine.
