They rotate OhaGirl daily, tomorrow is her turn again after Erika and Shiori in Wednesday and Thursday, so I don't think it's 'special' appearance. Unless there's change (schedule conflict, etc), she will appear once next week (wednesday), then twice the week after next week (Monday&Thursday) and so on.
