But I think they're referring to at the end of the dance break when they line up in two lines... but even then, I don't get it because all of the girls are doing the same thing..

Yeah, that's also what I had assumed they meant, but from what I can tell Sakura is where she normally is, doing what she normally does.

The main person that had to make changes for this perf was Mizuki, and even then it's was mostly that she had to move to the side by three feet so she'd be center.

I...really don't get what covering happened, but that was a great performance! It's great they pulled the formation without making it look like Riho was missing. Had to change the formation quite a bit for that I think.
