I don't care for WW at all. It's really not my kind of song. I don't think it'll grow on me either like 1oku did. No, this is going in the pile with Eighteen Emotion. I still absolutely love Ça va? Ça va? though, so I can still call this a good single and just ignore WW.

I really don't feel the gloom and doom though. J=J are doing absolutely fine. Sure they're getting the short end of the promotion stick, but I'd much rather the other groups get promotion right now considering they've all got something going on (New members, new group, 10th Anniversary). Next single will probably get more focus and Ça va? Ça va? IS a great song, with a great dance. It's performance has really stuck in my mind, and was one of the highlights of the H!P Concert I went to. The girls themselves are continuing to get better as well, a single doesn't go by where I don't see improvement.

I don't understand...if it is such a "Wonderful World", then why didn't they go outside to see all the wonderfulness and film there (preferably in an amusement park >.>) instead of staying indoors dancing and singing about it in emptiness...Not only that, the whole "world filled with love" thing got me even more ehh about the shot being indoors because it feels like it would've made sense to show the vastness of all this love outside with some sort of happy atmosphere, where the love isn't contained in a confined space...the concept for their PV really should've been something else. I'm hoping that they're just saving the possibly amazing/outside shots for the PV but if not, then ehh. I'm fond of the song itself for its feel-goodness, but the PV did almost nothing to reflect that.

I'm sorry, I usually wouldn't be this critical, but from what the other PVs have shown us, it's just so hard not to compare the quality. But, I know all 3 of those groups have special reasons as to why they got better stuff, so i'm just going to compare this to Taiki Bansei which was literally the same situation (dance + closeup, nothing else). I guess this means that the other song got the better PV treatment (like Otome no Gyakushuu, those had the stair scenes, closeups, group dance shot). I sure hope so, then I can say that they didn't necessarily get the short end, it's just that the others got more-than-usual better treatment for their special occasions.

The song is still cute though and, seeing them in action, their new hairstyles aren't bad. Tomoko's is nice, I'm ok with Aarii's, and Karin's is manageable.

Karin's short hair reminds me of Manami of Up Up Girls (仮).

I'm with you here. Its a bland song to begin with, but they seriously wasted the opportunity to make a really nice PV. Even if the dance shot was just in an open field with absolutely nothing else in the background it would have been a million times a better PV. We all wanted the amusement park background because the girls kept referencing it and it seems like whoever makes the concepts for these PVs either wasn't being creative or decided they just didn't have the budget to be creative. And that's really really unfair to these girls.

Its not a death sentence, but its a waste. These girls are talented and deserve better and to hurt their momentum could potentially be very bad because they have to compete with two new groups entering H!P. Its too early for them to enter their own "platinum era" of lower stagnant sales.

More copies for me to buy, then! :D

Seriously, I really like Wonderful World because it actually shows off the member's vocal talent. I agree that the MV could've (and should've) been better if it was shot outside, but regardless of that, it's a really nice MV with a really nice song to go with it. It's a breath of fresh air for me.

Then of course their my number #1 group right now with Berryz being inactive (C-ute and Morning Musume following behind them), so just like Berryz, I'll support them through thick and thin. Until I lose interest in them and their music, but their an interesting bunch of girls, and their music has been fairly well over the past two years.

This is definitely Juice's Shock single. Which is a shame. I like the songs just everything put together just isn't working for me.

What's a shock single?

Also, now, finally giving the H!S Ver. a 2nd watch...I ended up watching it over and over. I liked the song more than I originally though, and also, the PV actually isn't so bad now o.o I think the expectations (or at least my expectations) were just so high with the release of all the other PVs, especially since the first time I went to watch this, it was RIGHT after re-watching all the recent PVs on C-ute's, CG's, and MM's channel, that the fact that this looked so simple in comparison, with only a few transitions and simple camera angles, that it made it seem like it was made without much effort, at which then I went on Jplop and wrote my initial impressions above.

But now, looking at it again, it's simple, but in a nice way, and it's fitting for the song. The lyrics is all about liking someone and saying that meeting said person made the world a wonderful place for them, and I think that the emptiness of the set in the PV is actually to make that point. Also, as Amped pointed out, it's great to see them so clearly and with such happy smiles, looking fresh with their new hair styles, being cute and pretty. It made the song that much more, well, "wonderful" to listen to, since there's always gonna be that mental visualization connected to it (seriously, Tomoko's smile, with her new look <3 <3 <3, and Karin during her closeup with her hair looked pretty cute). Not only that, Yuka and Uemura lines =) They're getting so good and Yuka looks really pretty.

I still think they could've done things differently, but again, maybe the real PV has a ton more types of shots or was edited differently. Heck, Ima Koko Kara ended up having a whole set of animated clips added to it, so we never know. But regardless, I think as is, it's a decently good looking PV (I like the sun rays effect going on). It might not be the flashiest, fanciest looking PV with tons of effects or anything, but it's simple and good.

tl;dr In any case, I just want to say that I gave this H!S ver another shot and I like Wonderful World a lot more now, both the video and the song.
