I like Ayaka. She's the only one I care about besides Hamachan. I haven't liked what I've seen of the other NGP girl, and the rest all managed to consistently irritate me during their time in KSS. But I'll probably start liking them soon enough. Maybe.

I think she's pretty cool. I like how she's pretty good at talking. she had a lot to say during H!S, and I guess from her speed talking talent that should've been a given. There's also this calm but confident aura to her, which I saw when she was performing Onna no Sono. Though I haven't really heard her sing yet, but I heard she's pretty good there too.

Unit name is "Kobushi Factory" (こぶしファクトリー). Shimizu Saki helped decide the name.

Kobushi (辛夷) is a type of magnolia.

They will release a DVD single in March titled "Nen ni wa Nen / Survivor" (念には念 / サバイバー), both songs of which will be tie-ins to the WEEK END SURVIVOR musical.

If I remember right there's also a kobushi singing technique, but I think that's associated with enka and probably won't come up.

Have to say, putting "Factory" in the name doesn't make it feel less like Berryz 2.0.
