It's still Gyakushuu. Because it's ぎゃくしゅう, or 逆襲. If you type in ぎゃくしゅ, it gives you 逆種, which is wrong. The extra "u"
is important.
Which is why I still maintain that it's Koubou rather than Kobo. 工房 is こうぼう, not こぼ. You type in こぼ, you get 小保.
Same with names -- Sato vs Satou, Kudo vs Kudou etc. 里 is different than 佐藤 and 九度 is different than 工藤.
They drop "u"s all the time in romanisation, but I personally feel like we should stick with what the hiragana reading actually is, rather than the "official" romanisation. That way it's less confusing.
We never did it in the past in this fandom (Saitou Hitomi was Saito
u, not Saito), and I'm a bit confused as to why it's suddenly changing.
