3. Riho
4. Mizuki
5. Haruka
6. Masaki
7. Haruna
8. Sayumi
9. Kanon
10. Eripon
11. Maria/Akane/Oharu/Miki
The first four are pretty much equal. The exact order changes all the time, depending on what I've watched recently. I just watched a couple DVD magazines, so I'm really into Ayumi right now because I'm drawn to her personality the most. I also love her energizer bunny stage presence, and I actually like her singing a lot in certain songs. Her control still isn't the greatest and I never want to hear her sing a ballad or anything like that, but I LOVE how she sounds in songs like HDYLJ. So cool. *__*
Haruka's not too far away from the top four. She could be on the same level in maybe or year or two. Her expressions have really improved, but her singing and dancing still need a lot of work. I'm not sure if I'll ever be a big fan of her dancing (it's just not the kind of dancing that I like), but when she's comfortable/not nervous, she can sing well, really nailing some lines/songs. So I'm looking forward to how she'll improve in the next few years. I was thinking that her singing reminds me a lot of Eri's when she was younger (mostly rather bland and a bit unstable with noticeable issues with rhythm/timing).
I like Masaki and Haruna even more after hearing about how they were in NY, like all the cute stuff Masaki did and how friendly and responsive Haruna was at the handshake event.
All of 12th gen is tied. I like all of them a lot, but I'm just not sure who'll come out on top. Oharu would have been my clear favorite if she was more talented because she just really appeals to me for some reason. So if her singing improves dramatically, she'll probably be my number one of this generation.
