Nacky: 100 = ???.
Airi: 412 = her birthday (4/12).
Chisato: 910 = kyuu-to.
Mai: 002 = her birth month (February).

Mano: 20 = her age.

Ayaka: 998 = ???.
Yuuka: 128 = her birthday (December 8th).
Kanon: 312 = her birthday (March 12th).

I don't get half of them .

Here's what I think these three are:

Momoko: 29 for the first two syllables of Tsugunaga: tsu=two, ku=9
Chinami: 109 for the first two syllables of Tokunaga: too=10, ku=9
Maasa: ma(ru)=0, sa(n)=3
