like i cant find it but it was something along the lines of encouraging the wota to help make a better PV than AKB PVs with their fans to show off the fandom. but it doesn't really do it as a pv imo.

conversely, despite recent disappointment the PV is doing its job. I have seen comments and reviews by casual fans who are like "Wow I didn't know current Morning Musume could fill up concert halls this big still" as well as casual fans being impressed by their live performance abilities and therefore promoting their concerts and the girls performance abilities. so yeah, thats something to think about.

Hmm on that Mo Su poster, I can make out at the bottom it says "Artist Special 100" and directly under the Mo it has モーニング娘。`14. I access this forum via my phone though, so it's a bit tough to read what's under the Su. スモーフ? no clue
