It certainly seems that he writes parts of tracks and fits them together later (eg Souda! We're Alive) sometimes even largely reusing parts of songs, melodies etc. later in different ones. Mostly the result is great, this time I don't think it quite comes off which is bound to happen sometimes. To a certain extent I think it's just more experimentation with what will work, there's no reason to discourage this for C-ute right now though they have a formula for songs they can fall back on if it doesn't work out.

^^ That's all fine in principle, but IMO the execution is a little bit lazy this time. AtMZ is still a good, listenable song, in fact it's more annoying because the song flirts with a really unique feel and then steps back into typical Tsunku-style when the chorus commences. TnH has the opposite problem. It has a really catchy chorus which feels undermined by a mediocre main verse. Again, these are minor quibbles, I still like the songs overall, and the awesomeness of the MVs is guaranteed to make me play them over and over again. Anyway, back on positive track, I love those clever transitions that Airi and Maimi do in TnH around 2:03 and 2:17. It's little touches like that which make you feel that some thought was put into the video.

That particular post is safe and fine, but if you wander backwards through the rest of the blog there are some NSFW pohotshopped pictures and illustrations involving H!P girls every now and then. A warning about that might be appreciated by some people that like to wander over new H!P blogs, but don't want to see those kinds of things.
