Even if they share that attribute, there's a lot of different individual flavors to each of them so I wouldn't worry too much about one overlap.
Just look at the different reactions Maachan and Eripon gets from being KY, one is treated by others like a clueless, hilarious younger sister due to her infectious enthusiasm while the other one gets blank stares and practically begging to be teased/poked fun at mercilessly

Back to the 1/娘。 series... so not just ambitions, motivations, goals for the monologue from the girls but apparently everything goes huh xD

Just wondering, how well does Masaki speak Japanese compared to JunJun, or even LinLin?
I know JunJun seemed to struggle, but seemed to have gotten better over time.
Since I don't speak Japanese I can't really tell, but I'm curious, asI know Maa isn't that great at it from what I know.

Uh Maachan's a native Japanese, of course she speaks better than JunLin. At least as far as pronunciations and general flow of casual conversations goes.
It's just... her vocabulary and kanji reading skills are a bit ah, behind compared to her peers I guess ^^;

Maachan's growing though and with that her language skills. Just recently it was reported at some event where she gave quite a reliable answer in regards to 12ki. I really don't remember what event it was (handshake?) but it was one of those that brought "Ah she's growing up~" reactions from fans. She's not stupid, she's obviously Japanese and thus speak the language better than foreigners, she's probably not even as much as an airhead as she comes off. I definitely believe that she asks herself "should I or should I not?" before doing something "typically Maachan" because she KNOWS the rules and the "shoulds" by now, but she does it anyway because it's her character and she LIKES it.
