The dance shot was a lot more seizure-inducing, the editing was more crazy, and there were the "story scenes". Plus the CM didn't show off the awesome choreography.

I am okay with the level of excitement generated by the additional 4 seconds of this PV that we have now seen along with the initial 4 seconds we had already seen.

I look forward to seeing even more seconds of this PV in the near future.

Good for Up Front!! It appears that they are working even harder this time to bolster the impression that the PV was shot on set the size of a middle school classroom, with a budget roughly equal to the amount of money Makoto-san pays his barber for a haircut.
