Thank you for your continued support of Hello! Project and OCHA NORMA.
Ishiguri Kanami, will be graduating from OCHA NORMA and Hello! Project!
Ishiguri has been limiting her activities since last December due to poor health. Although her health is improving, it fluctuates from day to day, and after discussing her future with her doctor and others, we have come to the conclusion that she will graduate from the group and leave the company, based on her own request.
We apologize to those of you who have been waiting for the full resumption of her activities that we have not been able to respond to your wishes.
We will be watching over Ishiguri Kanami as she chooses her next path.
Please watch over her as well.
OCHA NORMA will start its spring tour on the 23rd.
We will continue our activities with renewed energy, and we ask for your continued support of OCHA NORMA.
Ishiguri Kanami
This is Ishiguri Kanami.
I have decided to graduate from OCHA NORMA and Hello! Project.
I apologize for this sudden announcement.
I was diagnosed with panic disorder last year and have been restricted from activities since the end of December.
The frequency of panic attacks has decreased and I feel that my health is improving, but I still have difficulty walking outside alone, riding trains, and going to crowded places.
During this period, I thought about many things.
I thought about whether or not continuing my idol activities was the best thing for my life, and I couldn't imagine myself returning to the stage.
After graduation, I will continue treatment and live my life putting my body and mind first.
When I was in the 5th grade of elementary school, I auditioned for "Hello Project Hokkaido Member Audition," I am grateful to all the people who have met me over the past nine and a half years of my Hello! Project life.
I love my warm fans who rejoice with me when I'm happy and shed tears with me when I'm in pain or frustrated.
I am also proud of my life that I was able to meet irreplaceable members who have worked hard together at all times!
I am truly happy to be a part of OCHA NORMA.
I am very happy to have dedicated my life as the idol Ishiguri Kanami to Hello! Project.
I have no regrets!
Please continue to support OCHA NORMA, which I am proud of and love.
I will be watching over you as one of the fans.
Finally, I am truly sorry that I could not show you Ishiguri Kanami as an idol one last time.
I will stay well, so please be well, and I hope you all will, too.
Thank you so very much for all your support over the past nine and a half years since I started as a Hello Pro trainee in Hokkaido and about three years as OCHA NORMA.
