announced on Hello! Station, NEXT YOU (Juice=Juice) will release a single called Next is You! for the drama Budokan next year. release is 2/3/2016.

ManoEri already has some "star power" as an actress, so I assume they're using her to draw attention to this new series starring these relatively unknown girls.
Kikka, as much as we might like her, has nothing to offer in that regard. Outside of H!P fandom, she's even less known than Juice=Juice.

This is great.
It has what I feel was mostly missing from H!P for the last year.
Not that the songs of the past year were all bad: most of them were just fine and enjoyable.
But this song has that spark that I used to look for (and expected) in H!P songs.

The song is very Tsunku. I've missed the random male parts he threw in. They were one of the cornerstones of what I loved about his music and when it's not there, I miss it. It's what made his music his and not just another idol song from some no name group.
