It was about time, the last album was released ages ago. Of course they didn't release too many singles in the last 2.5 years after their last one, but still.

It doesn't say anything about re-recording that I can see. 収録 means selection, so it's saying "the members selected the songs that will appear on the album".

Usually they'd use 新レコーディング if there were new recordings.

Since this just seems like a collection album, my only hope is that the unreleased dance shots make an appearance.

but it also means "to record" according to many sources.
So, we'll find out once the tracklist is revealed.

..tbh, I agree with Starra though, after looking at the Japanese (I didn't until now), it does look more like it'll be "compilation" rather than "recording"

Recording is the last one there though, which means it's not used much. And in terms of musical recording, they tend to use レコーディング.

Again, if it was a new recording, it'd be 新レコーディング or 新収録. There's no 新 (or ニュー) present, therefore it's safe to assume that they're the original versions.

hmm i think it'll be new recordings. its been a year since the new girls joined and they still don't share lines with them for older songs even Suki chan.
this is probably how they're going to transition the 3ki girls into singing parts of older songs.

if they do, i hope they leave ganbarankutemo ee nende out.
