I'd prefer to give Tsunku the benefit of the doubt and consider that this girl may have impressed Tsunku and UFA management more than the others during the finals. It's not a bad choice either, she looks like she can contribute already.

I'm still underwhelmed with this audition, but I have hopes it will all be for the best. Because, you know, hoping is about the only thing we can actually do...

I'm not gonna read through the posts I've missed, but I'd just like to point out that it makes sense that only one girl was added.

MM。are currently regaining their popularity. My guess is that Tsunku wants to keep public interest, and by that he must not confuse them too much. If he added four girls, people would notice, and they might not put in the effort to learn their names. Plus, they might think that 14 members is too much. However, with just one new girl, the general public may not all realise, or just assume she's been there since the last audition. Also, I'm thinking Tsunku wants the public to know THIS MM。, and he wants them to get as familiar with these girls as possible.

That probably doesn't make much sense, but I've been asleep in bed with a fever all day so my brain isn't the sharpest right now.

As for Sakura, I'm not a fan of her at all. But eh. At least I don't have to oshihen.

Well, this was certainly unexpected. Tsunku-troll would never dissapoint

After watching that clip, I got to like her! Oda Sakura is fine and has lots of potential. And she seems to be having lots of fun while doing it, she's very likeable.

I really wanted a bigger gen, I must admit (and secretly hoping he'll add some more members in the next concert announcement, but that WOULD be expected, so Tsunku just WON'T do it ), but I guess she's fine. I just hope she gets to befriend the other members, I don't want her to be lonely or anything like that.

They needed a strong singer to make up for the loss of Risa. Plus she seems to be a quick study and won't drag the group down during her transition. This was a smart move. Also, lol @ Haruka imitation.

and @otaku, it's pretty common for H!P to fug the girls up a little at first, so they can turn them from ugly ducklings to swans.

yeah, she sings very well, and can be called "utahime", but ugh, she is so ugly well, she's not completely disaster like rina or mogi, but hey, she's very unattractive

disappointed, very very. I highly disliked all 1-person generations (Maki not count, since she was already soloist when I discovered MM%) ), and now we got this.

at least her voice is pleasant, I might like her in future, but now I not approve

WHATEVER I have my Zukki, she's still the best!
