Notice regarding the termination of Takagi Sayuki's contract

The exclusive management contract of Takagi Sayuki, who belongs to our company, has terminated her contract as of the end of March.

During the discussion about her future activities, Sayuki insisted from the beginning that "If I'm not a member of Juice=Juice, I want to leave." and "I'd like to try my hand at music in my own way." We also told her that the members and staff were worried about her future, but her intention to leave the company and start her own musical activities did not change, and as a result, we could not reach a consensus and decided to respect her wishes.
