–But actually at 1st it wasn't this song we were to release!

When they 1st told us abt our next single, they showed us *that* song that went to our seniors

The single was released in August of 2012.
Closest single releases at around the same time were 'Aitai Aitai Aitai na' (September), 'cha cha SING' (July) and 'One・Two・Three' (July).
Of course that's discounting album releases or coupling songs.

Tabidachi no Haru ga Kita

This song is actually the only A-side on the single

Its coupling song is "Doushiyou"
but we actually first received it as an A-side!
They told us midway Tabidachi no Haru ga Kita would become the A-side

There's a jacket where we're all wearing cat eye glasses!
I never knew why
It's quite funny
Also Rinapuu had the flu and she was at home when we took the picture, so actually they photoshopped her in

Also, if I'm not mistaken the first Hinafes was held at that time
It was organized like a battle live and since we often did battle events then, it turned explosive
That live was sick

What's more, our order of performance was decided by lottery, and S/mileage pulled the last position!
So we were all the more on fire

Our manager wrote our MC
But we thought it lacked some punch? - So we changed the whole thing on our own initiative without telling him and performed it like this
He was probably shocked

Like "what are these kids talking about!?"
I'm really sorry for this
But the manager himself praised the result so it was all good

Happy! Stand Up was originally planned to be a ℃-ute song. They’d already heard the melody sans lyrics. So they were caught off-guard when they heard Berryz singing it.

Ijiwaru shinai de Dakishimete yo was originally planned to be a ℃-ute song.
