It's actually a prepaid card in which it clearly stated that one can make foreign transactions. I guess it turned out that I had to upgrade the account, which I have no problem with. Not only that, I also can't make any deposits right now.
At least by the time I get my new card, which is probably in a month, I can purchase the new Momusu single hassle-free.
