This will sound and is paranoid but until I see the performance I refuse to believe that the Msta performance is real. I feel like there must be a OG or a Love Machine somewhere or maybe Momusu are a part of a larger medley. I just... I'm just in shock.

It says Special Medley.. so I expect Wagamama+Love Machine. Could be great early PR for the album too if they mention it.
Ideal would be Wagamama+Help me or something though of course. But considering it's Mste, it wouldn't surprise me if they're asked to do a classic as well.

They're there to promote the single releasing the following week + a MM trade mark song so people know who they are etc.
