^ I read about it on 2ch a few months ago. It might have been a rumor. They said she was living in a dorm in Tokyo until her family moved from Aichi to Tokyo permanently.

I thought that she was commuting from Aichi to Tokyo. Maybe her and her family recently moved there so the travel doesn't take as much out of her or something.

That's very unlikely.
Even by shinkansen it takes about one and a half hour from Nagoya (just grabbing a city in Aichi at random here, not sure where her hometown is) to Tokyo making daily commute very impractical not to mention out of character considering how frugal Zukki usually is

Depending on where you live in Tokyo, it could take up to two hours just to get to your job/school. It took me 40 minutes to get to my school when I lived in Tokyo and that was just from Sumida to Edogawa. If Kanon WAS commuting, UFA would be sponsoring her trips though of course. According to what Makoto implied in the latest Namatamago Show, UFA even sponsors the Kenshuusei, so they would definitely sponsor their major groups' members. I wouldn't say it's unlikely at all. Definitely bothersome, but who knows.

Yeah I was about to say it'd be odd for them to have to get there themselves.

The Shinkansen is expensive though. A regular 2 hour train ride within Tokyo would cost much less than a 2 hour Shinkansen ride. I lived in Aichi and I definitely couldn't afford weekend trips to Tokyo let alone a daily commute.

Like I said, UFA sponsor their trips to/from work. Besides, she's a celebrity. She probably could afford shinkansen everyday if she had to, but that's not the case.
