That Tsubaki photo o.o That's like the only photo I've seen so far where no one looks awkward o.o

And is that Riko? As in Rikoriko??? She looks so stunning, pretty, and not awkward, what is this sorcery??? Tbh I never found her cute or pretty but dang that photo is making me eat my words...and Kisora <3 so cute, and so is Risa <3

Also, I'm incredibly jealous of the creativity you guys have I know there are reasons for not changing banners so often, but someday I'd like to see those banners go up.

It ain't a banner though. Nope! It's not. well it's the same size as a banner, but it ain't one, I'm telling you.

I was just messing around with a few new feature on GIMP that I learned about, and decided that I was obligated to make the worst/cheesiest "if it were a banner" banner ever. Like, it's not that I made it and thought it was bad, but before I started I said "let's see how bad I can make this." xD
and oh boy is it bad.
Like, terribly bad.
I found out that you can make text-paths and use that to edit texts and do all kinds of wacky things, like distort the text.. and then figured "maybe i can do that with the background too!"
...and then this ungodly sight happened.

I genuinely made it as bad as I could... just for the sake of being bad.
And then decided I wanted to share how bad it was.
And I, of course, anticipated someone saying exactly what you said.
But no. I didn't think that.

Yanno, it's just one of my things I do. Sometimes I shouldn't do things, but I do them anyway. xD

YAY!! I see the new Kobushi (forgetmenots), Tsubaki (forgetmenots), and CG (+Kyu) banners!!! Odd that the J=J one didnt get picked o.o (or at least I haven't seen it and I still see the old J=J banner)

fun fact: (i learned from zunu... i think.) If you copy img url and put it in to the address par, it'll say jplop-banner-X. replace the X with a number from 1-9 and you can see the banners! *tada~~*

^^It makes sense though. Both of the Factories hadn't had banners yet and thus weren't represented yet (and it was time to sadly take down the Berryz/Sayu banners T_T), while CG had a line-up change (and the new banner is a cuter look for all of them, especially Ozeki... not to mention the old banner was done by me and I just had three more put up so it's more than fair ). J=J on the other hand doesn't really need to change, especially if the older banner is loved. It might switch over in the future, but as nice as the new one is, it's not such a big deal (not that forum banners are really a big deal to begin with LOL)

The rule of thumb is mostly don't expect to a banner to go up, and be pleasantly surprised when it does (still surprised the 10th Gen one went up, but it was a great photo lol)

I was inspired by everyone's creativity, so I decided to try and make something too, that isn't a banner (cause uh, slim chance at ever making a decent one )

So instead I made this home screen wallpaper for my phone since I really didn't have one and I always thought it'd be nice if I had one that was H!P related.


Here's how it looks on my home screen (Samsung Galaxy S4):

The bottom area felt a bit too empty, and I couldn't think of anything to add, so I ended up having to write their names in First-Last name order to match the whole English thing going on.
