- This episode focuses on Kenshuusei Uemura Hasumi and Ishiyama Sakura's road to the Spring diagnostic test.

- First is Ishiyama Sakura, the oldest Kenshuusei, is participating in her 2nd test. She is determine to show more self-confidence this time. She chose the song "KEEP ON Joushoushikou!!" because the lyrics is relatable to her right now. In the studio, we see her rehearsing the song in her pink and cool camo outfit. She plans to make this test a more enjoyable memory compared to last year. A digest of her two performances is shown. She has actually become a new adult now since they lowered the adulthood age to 18. She is winner of the Makoto award.

- Next is Uemura Hasumi, who is taking her 3rd test. Last year, she won the dance award. This year's test, they performed in front of the audience for the first time, so she is going to be even more nervous. She chose C\C (Cinderella\Complex) to show more of her dance. In the studio rehearsal, she wears her "blue, black, and green" outfit with a big belt wrapped around her. She used magic tape to make it fit. She wanted to show her smile throughout, but did she do it? They show her performances. Judge Ogata Risa was watching her expressions. She didn't an award this year. Backstage, she cries on the shoulder of OCHA NORMA members. In the interview, she tries to fight her tears and is frustrated that she didn't show enough of her expressions. Ueno and Mitsubachi point out that she chose really tough songs.

- Digest footage of OCHA NORMA's performance at the "JAPAN CENTRAL IDOL FESTIVAL 2022" at the Aichi Sky Expo International Exhibition center" in Aichi on May 6th. They show a digest of the indoor stage performance. Then camera follow them towards the outdoor stage, the "CENTRAL" stage. They take the obligatory sunset / jump together photo first. They go on standby. They perform under the night lights on the CENTRAL STAGE. A digest is shown.

Next week, the focus is on Kenshuusei Hashida Honoka and Murakoshi Ayana, another Hello Dream collab performance and more behind the scenes of OCHA NORMA's events, and a "new (blank) public reveal"!? (新○○公開). Not an announcement though.

I was asked to sing a song by one of the Kenshuusei, Kawashima Mifu

I was asked "Is it OK if we sing that song!?" I was so surprised when she asked me to sing that song with her.

Oh wow, Mifu-chan really held her own next to Reina!! Reina still looks like she could easily be a current-gen idol though, hahahaha.

Hopefully Sayu catches this video and jokingly complains that she didn't get invited to perform with them!!
