That's a weird translation. Maybe it's a regional dialect thing, but to me "eyelotion" sounds basically like eye wrinkle cream or similar, whereas megusuri is eyewash/eyedrops. I'm guessing Oda's eyes were really tired right at that moment and it's the first thing that came to mind. Speaking of mind, Masaki is just completely out of hers.
