What exactly does the "hakusho" in Peaberry's "Cabbage Hakusho" translate to?

Hakusho is a kind of white paper. But "建白書" (genpakusho" means memorial, so... maybe Cabbage Memorial would be an acceptable translation, given the lyrics?

I quite like this version of Cabbage more. Harmonies always was something I had a soft spot for. <3 Also vioiiiiin. <3 ....except for the weird whatever-backsinging in the middle. Get rid of that plz.

Tegami is on my bottom list though.

Peaberry's is my favorite song of the loot, it's very soothing
Second place is DIY's, I like it's upbeat style.

The rest is kinda forgettable for me. Asahi's song is fine, but it's not something I'd listen to regularly
