that may be the best she's ever looked! before it was more like she was trying to hide her features by styling herself like other girls, here it seems like using her features to portray an unconventional beauty. this version of her i could see in CM's or acting (as an adult, not a teen, which granted she isn't anymore anyway).
and believe me, i'm not one that would have used the word "beauty" when referencing anything about Ume-san before.
