The song is credited to Ookubo Kaoru, both for the composition and the arrangement. He also did the arrangement for What is LOVE?, but the composition is Tsunku's, obviously.
Basically, Ookubo tweaked his arrangement for What is LOVE? to make it fit with the melody he composed. Mirroring designs indeed.

is it mostly a reversed version of the arrangement, by any chance? if so, that would be even more literal for "Mirroring"
