I don't believe the phrase has any meaning in particular.

In that blog post, Tsunku♂ said that he put 'Tiki Bun' there as a placeholder, and since he couldn't come up with anything that he thought was better than that, he decided to go with that initial impulse and leave that phrase as part of the lyrics.
