When you watch a PV and immediately watch it again...
This is pretty much the H!P video that I've been wishing for for the past 10 years. I love how it visually captures the feeling of Japan so exquisitely...all those trains, footbridges, street mirrors, wind turbines, getting their own solo shots as if they're featured members of the group. It's a much more expansive and inclusive vision than the typically hermetically sealed H!P PV.
And I love that the ballad gives them a chance to demonstrate their lovely "Douyou Pops"-level vocal skills. Check how Ayaka sings that rich, low "arukou" at the end of the first stanza, and then bookends her accomplishment with that sweet "kokoro ni" high note. She's seriously staking her claim to fill Airi's soon to be vacant top-singer spot.
I can't wait to get this song.
