All the girls in Morning Musume are talking about the first CDs they ever bought. The first one I ever bought was a track called "Koi Kana." It was the theme song of an anime series called "Kirarin Revolution." I used to watch the show a lot because I was a big fan of the main character, a girl named Kirari, and her rival, a competitive girl named Noel. Have you ever bought an anime song on CD?
This is somehow very shocking to me.

Holy shit, Haruka was only 6 years old when that came out.

Can we get a list going of girls who joined because of Kirarin Revolution's influence?

So there's Mizuki who was scouted from a Kirari competition, and then now there's Kudou. Who else?

^ Miyamoto Karin has said she wanted to join H!P after hearing a °C-ute song on one of the "Kirarin Revolution" albums.

I'm more surprised Kuduu didn't mention either Koha or Kikka, in relation to Kirari and Noel respectively XD

If Kuduu was 6 at the time, that means she hadn't joined the Eggs, if I'm not mistaken. Wonder what she tot when she finally met Kikka who was the voice for Noel.

Sayaka was the voice of Noel. Kikka was Cobeni.

EDIT:

Not that it's Kirarin, but Tanabe Nanami joined because of Shugo Chara!.
