I think the tracks in the previous single are equally strong, at least Brainstorming is (I like Kimi Sae more personally, but I'll admit Brainstorming is a stronger track for performances and all).
I'd be happy with at least what they've been getting even if it's not a lot more, but I'm REALLY hoping they can beat AKB48's second week sales.

AKB's previous singles have only sold around 50k their second week. The exception being the summer singles that seem to sell around 100k.
The previous election-results-single sold 98k too. But that was a much, much better song (Flying Get) so I don't know. But then again Rino has a lot of rich fans.
But I don't know. I could easily see them outsell AKB's second week.

Yes as long as they can get No.1. It is more important than 200k at this point as the media will be able to write, "MM first consecutive No.1 ever. The reviving of MM" or something like that.

I won't shed any tears if they don't get no. 1.

That said, I wanna make a lame-ass prediction of 85k.

So is the only difference between Reg A&B and Lmt D&E an event card and a cover change?
I'm hoping for #1 and a continuing of the upward trajectory.

For once I'm gonna overestimate this single. It's solid. It's good. It's the first one to make my ipod since OOLG. I think 123 was on for a while but not long.
That being said - I'm voting 150k. And I always predict shit sales so... haha

more people need to pre-order box sets to achieve those numbers

I think it's totally possible. MM is getting a lot more attention, notably from girls not just wota. I think with the right direction they could be becoming the "next AKB" fad, despite having been around a decade longer.
