Morning Musume. '14 12th gen - Golden audition

After 10th gen, I've always justified his choices as fulfilling certain ideas, rather than being girls that "are ready". Probably rather something that the group lacks, or might need in the future. Like how Haruna fulfilled the stylish and more mature role within current Morning Musume. That's also why we have back girls, they're the underdogs you want to support and find charming because of their efforts. Even aces, develop, and change, and that's one of the charm points of Morning Musume.

So I'm curious for Tsunku's comments on this and training camp footage. I'm glad we didn't get footage otherwise we'd have more "Kikkas", so we get more focused footage on the winners instead.

I wouldn't be surprised if the two kenshuusei was an executive influence because there's so much kenshuusei right now that surely by now they're amounting a profit off these girls, as its marketing for the trainees.

To be honest, I'm not even disappointed that Rikako didn't passed. There is always other possible (but limited) opportunities in the future.

Now that they added two other Kenshuusei that I like, I ain't even mad.

@Starra Idk, I feel like Rikako arguments should be not in the 12th gen audition thread bc that should be for the auditions, not the girls that didn't make it and where they should be headed in the future. But idk, I could be wrong.

Yeah I don't think people who come here to read the forum and find out who won want to see another argument. Rikako isn't even in Morning Musume nor the audition for all we know and therefore no this is not quite that relevant.

Also your going to have a difficult time policing everyone's disappointment. Honestly I think that not airing footage was a huge mistake. I have never been this unhappy with a reveal of new members and that's because we didn't have any footage and therefore I was unable to get to know these girls and cheer for them just like I did with 9ki and 10ki. If they were hoping to avoid disappointment they seriously failed.

While the girls I am rooting for didn't make it, I'm happy for the four new members. I hope they help continue the momentum Morning Musume has of late. I can't wait for 2015 when they will perform as one very big group.

How'd you feel about Sakura then? We got the footage but surprise announcement..

I personAlly prefer this method. This way I was mentally/emotionally prepared for the announcement.

The only thing I didn't like about no audition footage was all the speculation... I don't like speculation . But I also think this way is better, since telling people when the announcement was going to be built up a lot of hype.

Anyway, I'm super excited for 12th gen and post-Sayu MM。. ’15 is gonna be a hell of a lot of fun.

Like I said last time I hated it. I wasn't really happy when Sakura was announced. However when her footage was uploaded on YouTube it helped tons. I saw that Sakura was a sweetheart and her voice was AMAZING. She clearly shone over all the other finalists.

This time I'm going to need footage again. I'm not convinced just yet.

I said it earlier but when 11ki was going on Hamachan was my favorite KSS and I didn't even know who Oda was. But now Sakura is my favorite member of H!P. Yeah.

Basically I may grow to love the 12ki. I need to have some faith in Tsunku.

I'm just not there yet.
