Take what I say with a grain of salt because it's Twitter and Discord where I hear the rumors.

There are some theories that were swirling around that she was hanging out with fans (girls, not guys) and giving them inside info about their events.
But I usually don't really pay much mind to those things. But I guess there was some truth to it?

The girls and most idols in general are not permitted to hang out with the fans or at least aren't supposed to be caught doing so.

ANGERME is really getting hit blow by blow, the multiple graduations and now this. I’m nervous they might end up like Kobushi Factory.
Hopefully she could get back to activities I was really starting to like her after “Watashi wo Tsukuru no wa watashi”

Upfront is letting Oota Haruka reflect on her actions because she was open and honest about whatever rule she broke. (possibly hanging out with a fan girl and they took advantage of her naivety). Upfront takes this very seriously. Oota Haruka made the decision to temporarily suspend herself and give herself time to think about and learn from her mistake. She wants to come back better with better self awareness and be more professional.

I believe in Oota Haruka's words, she is a good kid. Hopefully, she can make it back for Hina Fes.

It was real, the girl posted about the leaked info online. I'm imagining that's the bigger/main issue here given it's likely a breach of contract.

That said, deciding to take a step back to reflect shows she knows she made a dumb mistake which is already a step forward. I do feel bad for her though, in that the girl ended up being less friend and more selfish fan.
