That "chill-out stick" deserves some explanation.
Far as I can tell, it's from this Doraemon episode:

You can skip to 1:38 for the explanation, but basically, it's a stick with an X on the end that you press to people's mouths and it makes them bottle up their anger. Yuhaemon is wielding it because she's from Anger Management, you see.

Takase Kurumi wants everyone to look forward to the "Hamkatsu Mokushiroku" MV on February 7th @ 12pm. She hopes you'll eat a ham katsu sandwich for lunch or bento that day while watching the ham katsu music video.

She also noticed that the "Eiyuu ~Waratte! Chopin Senpai~" music video reached 500k views and wonders if it could reach 1 million views by the end of this month. She wants everyone to keep watching it.
